The Xbox 7MN-0001 Wireless Controller, was manufactured by Microsoft Corporation. It is the first generation Xbox One controller released, but has since been discontinued. This controller has since been superseded by Models 1697/1698 and Model 1708. While this controller is commonly used with the Xbox One, it can also be used for PC gaming.

The X button Doesn't Work.

The X button (not the guide button) on my controller does not work; however, every other button does work. Which motherboard do I need to replace to fix this problem?

Hello, Has anyone gotten any answers on this matter? As of now this is part of an issue I am having with my controller. Should I call XBox for assistance?

It also happened with my controller from the xbox one s. Got it connected to the iPad Air and played Genshin impact. Suddenly the X button stoppend working. Connected it to my xbox and it si somehow overly sensitiv. instead of moving one tile it moves two. Updating the controller firmware did not do anything. Problem is the same. I can not point out if it is a hardware or a software problem. I only know firmware update does not cure the controller.
