Can't open file in file manage

I created a document using the Polaris that came with my nexus.

I couldn't find it so I went to file manager.

I tried every button on the screen. No luck

Until I got to storage analysis. On that screen, I can see the file, but can't open it.

Any ideas on how to get to it?
