hello.
my ipohone6 battery has been weak for a while now, and now it will not charge or come on any more and i was told i have to replace the battery. is that a possibility of it coming on again if i change the battery?

Before replacing the battery check your charger cord try a different one and make sure were the cord hooks into the phone is making good contact. If you have it in a case take it out to charge sometimes the case can actually keep the plug from making a proper connection. after checking all this with no Joy then do as oldturkey03 says and replace it and re-evaluate

yisadauda5, yes a bad battery could cause those symptoms. Replace it and re-evaluate.

If it's an iPhone 6, then it will still be under the warrenty period. Take it to an Apple Store and have the Genius Bar take a look at it. Should be covered if it's the battery, and you won't be out anything.
