My apple ipad2 it stuck in a foreign language I've tried several things please help

Hello but that is for quick access for the options you asked to turn on like assistive touch, voice over or invert colors but not language
Hello you may have changed or someone changed your text language so this is what you will do: (P.S. I am using ios 8 so you might probably experience some difficulties if you are not using ios 8) First go to settings which looks like a gear, then press general which also looks like a gear and then in the 8th group last icon is saying language and then press it and the first icon will say ipad language, press that then change the language to english
