The phone had slowed down so I powered it off to close some programs. When I turned it on, it hangs up on the "Huawei flower" and goes no further. I have taken out the battery a couple of times but each time it returns to the Huawei flower and stops. It's been like that for nearly two hours. Help!! I need my phone.

I tryid to Repair By side switches of this phone but failed..when all process done and rebooting the phone ..the same Huawei Flower Hang And blink..Plese Give me a solution..I Taken to the mobile technician 4 times each time he charge me 40 Qr For Formating..then after 30 days same problems repeat..please give me the solution..
