I dropped my tablet on the ground today and the screen smashed as a result. Is there a way to repair or replace the broken screen? My tablet's model is F-7HD2CORE.

A smashed screen cannot be repaired, but it can be easily replaced. Replacement screens can be purchased here.

Another word of advise regarding this particular repair. Before you order your replacement screen or the digitizer make sure you got the right dimensions, the correct orientation of the ribbon cable and the position of the view-port camera window. (Left, Center, Right top of screen).
Another helpful hint; Make sure the problem is the LCD screen and not the digitizer. There are two layers to this, Digitizer screen has a clear sticky plastic glued to a glass (top layer), if the tablet is not responding to finger touches Digitizer is the problem. However;
If the LCD screen has garbled images, lines or liquid stains then is the LCD screen is your problem.
In my case it was both. I ordered my replacements from ACTABLET.COM
