It cannot be done at all unless you change the motherboard to a 32gb

So i guess the memory module is mounted on the logic board? And it cannot be unmounted, i have to change logic board? Is that the scenario?

Is there a guide for this?

To replace the logic board, you have to pry the front panel off, which means ruining the seal and adhesive, and dust will enter, there is now way to stop this.

Also you have to replace the home button with the board, one slip and you'll end up with a dead unit.
