Why my galaxy's screen turns off each time it connects to wifi?

I've installed viber recently and after that, something is going wrong with my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 SM-N900. Each time it connects to a wifi network, still connected or after disconnecting, if I let the screen turn off, it won't turn on again, till I remove the battery and turn on the device again.

I have uninstalled viber once, but the problem went on. Once I have turned on my phone in safe mode (in order to find out if this is because of one of the installed apps) the problem was there again.

Now I have no idea, and I would be so thankful if you can help me.
