Screen wont turn on but blue&red light & vibration work. Fix?

When I turn my Galaxy S4 Mini on... the red and blue lights work and vibration works.. but the screen stays black. When I try calling it from another phone... it goes straight to voicemail even though it is fully charged and seemingly ON. So it may not be just the screen? I dont know.. HELP!! Please. Thanks
