Screw size of the 3 screws.

I purchased a Surface from Ebay and the seller had tried to install a new digitizer and LCD. There is a small board that is screwed to the back of the LCD that is missing 3 screws. Does anyone know where I can get those screws from. I don't know the size of them. I am also missing the screws for the outer housing.
