Can I replace the USB port on the surface pro?

I have a bent pin in the surface pro usb port that sometimes will recognize devices, but other times not. Is it possible to replace the port or is it soldered into the motherboard which would make it more effort than it's worth? Thanks!

It will be soldered onto the motherboard. not necessarily more effort than its worth but if you've never done it i would not recommend it.

Pullg the off screen and digitizer are most likely going to wreck the screen and are a major undertaking. Unless the screen is already cracked I don't recommend trying it.
