Why can't I hear my greeting message?

Try to record the greeting message again, making sure to hold down the greeting button until a single beep is heard. Continue holding the button down while you begin recording your message. Once you are finished, release the button and your greeting should be recorded. If this does not work, it is a possibility either your speaker or your microphone may be broken.
