1 Why won't my ringer sound?
I keep missing my phone calls! Every time my phone rings, I can't hear it because the ringer is down. How do I fix it?

One of these should help.
1. Sound Settings ¶
If the ringtone will not sound, press the circular menu button to access the main menu. Under sound settings you can adjust the ringer volume. You can also adjust the ringer volume using the volume buttons on the side of the phone.
2. Silence All
Under sound settings, make sure the silence all setting is turned off.
