Why won't my device turn on?
The screen is black and the phone is unresponsive.

It might be because of drained or bad battery, or your battery might be charging, or it might be because of bad display.

I have the same problem. I replaced the Digitizer and the LCD and the Battery but the phone is unresponsive. The green light comes on when plugged into a charger but the phone will not recognize in a computer and makes no sounds or vibrate when the power button is held down. I have tried a real battery pull and a "simulated" battery pull (holding the power and volume down button).
Any ideas?

It sounds like your power button could be damaged, or there is damage to the motherboard of the phone. Was the phone functioning before replacing all of those items?
There are a number of reasons that could happen, a good place to start would be to charge the phone for 2-3 hours with a genuine Motorola wall charger. If no green LED light shows up on the display, there could be more significant damage to the phone

This seemed to work for me. I wasn't able to get ahold of an official Motorola charger but after a few days of on again off again charging and testing one day it just came back on. I have no idea why.
