My note 3 freezes a lot and doesn't play videos or music

Hello,

My note 3 N9005 all of a sudden started freezing a lot, the camera wasn't working, can't play videos or music

Can't make or receive calls, but data connection is working

When I changed the ROM I could use the camera to take pictures, but still no video recording

Someone told me it is a RAM problem and needed to be replaced

So is this really the case ? And can it be replaced ?

Also the spare RAM part isn't available here for now .. so can I order it online ?

Yes it was fixed :D

First you should know I have had already tried installing a different lite rom that made the phone just a little more usable but still broken. I tried restoring a backup that I knew was working , I tried reinstalling all the different versions of the official firmware, I tried giving it to a repair shop that tried to use a Box to flash a firmware but all that didn't work.

Until one time the phone asked for OTA update and I thought I should try it anyway. I didn't expect the problem to be fixed at all but it was.

I guess the problem might have been with knox security software that could only be fixed with an update that had a different version.

By the way before it asked for the updates someone tried flashing a firmware using a Box (but ut didn't work until OTA update was installed)

The firmware version that fixed it was N9005XXUFNF2
