Can I fix frozen progress wheel then blue screen? e code 2ATI/1/4: 113

Hello. I just discovered this site and wondering if i can fix my old ibook. On start up I hear chime, then logo and progress wheel and working pointer then blue screen.

I get a visual with the hardware test. Airport, logic board and Mass storage and memory passed.

Video Ram: error detected.

ERROR*CODE

2ATI/1/4: 113-XXXXX-115

pointer gets distorted. I do a forced restart, everything same as above but progress wheel freezes.
