Can one change the Ram on the MacBook Pro 13'' Retina?

I'v read several articles but none were clear if it's possible to upgrade the RAM. I have 4GB and I want to put 8GB, can it be done on the late 2013 MacBook Pro with Retina display?

That machine comes with 8 GB of RAM. Check under the Apple to "about this Mac", and see what it shows.

*8 GB of RAM is onboard by default, but it can be upgraded to 16 GB at the time of purchase for an extra US$200. RAM cannot be upgraded later.

The default can be 4GB, 8GB or 16GB but it's installed at the factory. It can't be upgraded.

You could replace it if you had a "Pace" microelectronic repair station... and the training that goes along with it. Plus the parts of course.

Just Saying...
