Digitizer replacement works fine but it's unsticking. How to fix?

Hello, I have followed the required steps to replace my digitizer screen successfully. Well, not quite successfully. The digitizer is not sticking on the bottom left corner. I was wondering, is there a way that I can maybe add some glue in there, or maybe place some double sided tape to get it to stick again? Or will I have to detach it, remove old double sided tape, and place some new double sided tape?

Fold the flex cable properly or it will keep popping out. The adhesive is not the primary cause

Tom is right. But for a professional finish you need to remove all traces of old adhesive with a sticker removal pen, clean that with windex, then use professional adhesive cut for iPad 3. And yes, ALL of the digitizer flex can fit under the LCD, none folded on top
