audio doesn't work.

not red light at audio jack,

and i can't hear with earphone.

I can't hear to anything..

As a work around get a USB audio adaptor (dongle) it will have both audio in and out (some even have built-in microphones) OR if you're Skyping or FaceTiming get a voice recognition quality headphone and microphone.
