I accidentally plugged a phone charger in one of the other ports. When I did screen went black. No it's not powering up. The battery indicator led lights white then turns green. But will not turn on at all. I hope it can be fixed.

Try to reset the device? vol up + power.
If it does not work you might need to open the device up and see whats damaged.
