Jason Dixon, there are multiple things that can cause this. First check to make sure that you have enough antifreeze in your vehicle. Then make sure that your belts are tight enough and not sleeping. After that make sure that your fans are coming on, and check your radiator for any obstruction. Clean it by flushing it from the backside with a water hose. Of course there is also a possibility of a stuck thermostat Hope this helps, good luck.
