I replaced Airport card, but now my battery won't charge.

I succesfully replaced my BCM94321MC airport card with a 94322 card. It works great, reception is better, etc!

However, I just noticed that my macbook won't charge anymore. It says that it's currently has 0 charge, and that charging will take 20 hours.

When I pulled the powerchord, it immediately turned off. (after 15+ minutes of charging).

I had used my macbook yesterday until the battery was empty, so I used the powercord today. However, normally it doesn't shutdown immediately after a bit of charging.

I normally can use it for at least 2 hours on battery and coconutBattery says the current capacity is 4000mAh and Design capacity is 5020mAh

Magsafe connector light is orange, so it's charging. Without battery it stays green and the system then doesn't detect a battery at all, while now it does.

Is it possible something went wrong with the reassembly?

Hmm, somehow it now started charging again... I feel a bit stupid. :)

I guess everything is ok.

I did reset SMC, maybe that did help, but it's unclear.

My first step would be to tear down and check all connections/ribbons etc. unplug and reseat all connections, if there are ribbons involved ensure all are all the way in to the sockets (up to the white line), and re-assemble and test. Something else that has happenned in the past, is one of the cables were 'pinched' between chassis parts on re-assembly, causing a weak connection to the component, so make sure all cabling is in it's proper pathway.
