No Power, Replaced Power Supply, Still not working

Hi All- I'm at a loss. No power, no sound, nothing. Replaced power supply and I get ONE lit LED light. When I push the power button to turn it on, the LED goes out though. Any ideas on what the problem might be?

Is it possible the LCD backlight has died?

Try holding a flashlight up to the screen while that green light is on and see if you can make out any objects or text.

I have not tried this yet, but if I push the power button shouldn't the LED #1 and #2 be lit if it's getting power to the logic board? What's confusing me is why the #1 Diagnostic LED goes out upon pushing of the power button?
