The phone's dead, can anyone recover the int memory contents?

Having killed my phone, (dropped in bath, dried, turned on with it partly working, couldn't turn off, removed battery, disassembled to check, re-aasembled, now nothing) I'm really desperate to recover some recent family pictures from the internal memory that were not backed up.

Is there anyone who can read and extract the data from the internal Hynix chip?
