Nano 6th digitizer problem

Hi. I have this iPod 6th 8gb that works good, but digitizer stop responding at a times, sometimes works good others when turn on all buttons works and sync to iTunes but no touch.

I tried the power plus - volume button to reboot but still no touch, i leave it alone for a couple hours and then works, tried again and nothing, its annoying

Have anyone faced this issue, i just dont want to rush and buy a replacement display or battery whitout consulting here.
