Main Symptom: Won’t spin, won’t fill
What happens & when: When I start a wash cycle, no water fills, basket/tub does not spin, and then cycle jumps to complete.

Error Code (if any): F6E3, F7E7, F7E4, F7E3
Parts or tests already tried:

  1. I tried replacing the actuator
    1. Similar situation: would not fill, would not spin
    2. However, new actuator did allow the cycle to run the duration rather than jump to complete
  2. I checked the clutch assembly
    1. no signs of wear, plastic teeth look good
  3. Checked the stator for continuity, and had resistance on its pins at the harness
  4. Checked the wires from the board to the stator, and those tested fine
  5. the water/fill/pressure tube has no blockage in it, it’s clear
  6. I can manually spin the basket/drum with no issues
    1. nothing is impeding it from spinning
  7. The rotor spins smoothly, clogging to magnets of course.
  8. the magnets on the stator are fine as well.
  9. When I run the diagnostic mode:
    1. water fills
    2. drains
    3. basket does not move at all

To provide context: I bought a broken 640 G11 for the DDR5 RAM in the peak of the RAM shortage but the LCD was destroyed and the keyboard upper case was damaged, but it had the RAM I needed. I had a perfectly good motherboard and put that board in a dead no power 640 G11 and as soon as I swapped motherboards out, the "dead" 640 came back and it works perfectly. That said, now I have a trashed upper case and a bent LCD shell.

Does this shell for the LCD look repairable or should I recycle it

The car in question is a 2017 Hyundai Accent four door with manual transmission.

The problems...
Sometimes the car is hard to start. After a hard start I notice that the AC doesn't cool well as if the compressor isn't fully engaged.
Twice the car has turned itself off after sitting at a red light for a while. The last time this happened it had a hard start after. I noticed after this that the tachometer wasn't working. It also seemed to have some power issues.
Although this may not be related... For a long tome the AC compressor sometimes shuts itself off and I have to turn it back on. That has been happening for about two years. The other behavior has only been happening for a couple of months.

Do you have diagnosis in mind?

I installed a battery in it, but when I connect the charger, the MagSafe LED turns green, and the MacBook emits a repeating sound approximately every half second. At the same time, a white LED turns on and off repeatedly, and the MacBook does not start.

However, if I disconnect the charger, then press and hold the power button, and while holding it reconnect the charger, then release the power button after a few seconds, the MacBook powers on normally. The problem is that the fan runs at a very high speed, and the green MagSafe LED turns off, although the charger continues to power the MacBook.

I would appreciate it if someone could explain the cause of this issue.
