Asking here, since no way to directly ask iFixit (frustrating!)

I tried to post this via the site's "email" page, but it will not allow me to send it. Very frustrating to try to get basic information, let alone have a phone conversation or even a chat. Anyway, here is what I ''tried'' to ask:
[quote|format=featured]Your listing for replacement battery for iPhone Xr states that the batteries are new, but that they are "guaranteed to be 95% or higher." With respect, if new, why are they not guaranteed to be 100%.
Also, there is only one brief mention in the battery description that a message stating it's not a genuine battery will appear on the phone after replacement. I've also read that battery health will no longer be accurate, or possibly even available. If true, is there a way to avoid this? Thank you.[/quote]
