Hi. I have a V12 Detect Slim. The main cleaner head has started marking the floor. The scrape marks line up to the middle of the head. The flying saucers on each side are pretty wobbly but the screws are tight. Of course, they are special screws (thanks designers). I compared to a friend's model and her side saucers fit snuggly and turn smoothly. I haven't seen this problem on any Dyson forum.
