Android fake overheating warning

I dropped my Samsung phone on ground, then it started giving me[br]
false overheating warnings, it automatically turns off after a min. So i need to backup data before performing reset to phone.[br]

Is there way to backup data? maybe by recovery[br]
or download mode? Or way to disable warning temporary? Or any other solutions?
