Check in ''Device Manager → Sound, video and game controllers'' to see if the audio drivers have been installed correctly or if they need updating.
Without knowing the make and model number of the PC or motherboard if it's a custom build, (you didn't say in your question), we can't tell you which ones should be installed.
To get to Device Manager in Win11, press the Win key + x key (both together) and click on the Device Manager link in the options box that opens.
