Hmm, sound like the software or firmware is corrupted.

First, can you enter the safe mode menu? I would completely erase the PS5 and start over again.

If there is a option to update the system, please do this as well.

If the issue persist after updating and after a complete format, then you might want to check the SSD.. This won't be easy as it is soldered on the motherboard.
