That looks like a pretty classic [[Nintendo Switch Blue Screen of Death|Switch Lite Blue Screen]] to me. Which is unfortunate, because that could be a few things, most of which are difficult to fix and are related to the motherboard. Often its a slight bend, or a drop which breaks connections under the APU or RAM, or could be some issue with their circuits.
The easiest thing to do here would be to replace the board unless you have any sort of microsoldering experience.
