Hi @donaldsutcliffe
Does the compressor and the evaporator fans for each compartment stop when the "set temps" are reached or do they continue running trying to drive down the temps?
Here's the [document|32676|mini manual] for the refrigerator.
Run diagnostic tests 00 49 - Condenser fan test,
Test 00 95 - FF cooling test seems OK but 00 96 FZ cooling test seems too warm. (was it done after a defrost cycle?)
-If the condenser fan seems to be OK then there may be a problem with the sealed system. For example a faulty 3 way valve or a partially clogged filter dryer, would restrict the flow of refrigerant through the system resulting in higher temperatures in the compartments.

-How old is the refrigerator? Asking because according to the [link|https://c.searspartsdirect.com/doc/1706437L|owner manual] for the model, there's a 5 year limited manufacturer's free parts and labour warranty on the sealed system. Just something to bear in mind if unfortunately this turns out to be the case and the refrigerator is still within the warranty period.
