iPhone restarts after screen goes black

My iPhone 11 Pro suddenly goes black, but it still vibrates and responds to the silent switch. Then after a few seconds, it restarts on its own.

I got two different panic logs:

The screen has been replaced before.

Any idea what’s going on?
