Check if the evaporator unit inside the freezer compartment at the back behind a panel (access to the panel is though the door at the front) is iced over.
If it is then there's a defrost problem with the refrigerator.
This could be due to a faulty [https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=C1414.4.3|defrost heater p/n C1414.4.3], a faulty [https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox-b-d&q=C0472.4.4%2FBD|defrost thermostat (aka thermal fuse) p/n C0472.4.4/BD], a wiring problem for the defrost circuit, a faulty defrost control board or the drain tube leading from below the evaporator unit in the freezer to the drain pan underneath the compartments, near the compressor may be blocked.
