Looks like there really isn't any difference other than the "Display message" being specific whereas the "Unknow Part" could be any of the other parts (Battery; Rear Cameras; Rear System; TrueDepth Camera)
-Anyone of those phones could be a good deal. If you do not mind for those messages to pop up. Now, if that does not suit you, you would need to get an original Apple display (or other non-genuine replaced parts). Of course, that makes the deal a little less desirable since there could be a significant cost increase.
