@ricardogar46623 yes, you can absolutely do it yourself.
-ince iFixit does not yet have a specific guide for this, use the one [https://www.nadiemellamagallina.com/en/manuales/smartphones-1/samsung-4/samsung-galaxy-a54-5g-1462/pantalla-completa-13392|from here] It is written in Spanish so use a browser that can do the translating for you (if needed). Replacement displays for your phone are readily available at many online places.

OEM displays are usually only available through Samsung or Samsung authorized repair services. Personally, I would not hesitate to contact the seller of the previous screen and ask for either a replacement or a refund. If needed, purchase from another seller. Things like this do however happen. I would not fault the seller for it, yet. It will depend on what they are going to do now. If you get either a replacement or your money back, it's ok. If they give you the runaround and try to avoid any of this, then you know this seller should be on your as well as everybody else's Blacklist.
-Of course, you can also Samsungs [https://www.samsung.com/us/support/self-repair/?msockid=0b21edfe425b65322504f8064327641b|Self Repair]

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has a device with the same issues as you do. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.
