@bibhuprasa92523 you seem to have a few things going on here. First off make sure that you indeed have an SSD and not a HDD. Since you already have run the diagnostics, it shows that you have a failed/failing HDD. That will explain most of the errors you listed

I would suggest that you replace the hard drive, reinstall your OS (whatever version Windows you are using).
For this "whenever is start the fan moves very fast" you want to go ahead and clean your fan, check your fan to make sure it is working properly. Since it has already overheated you do want to go ahead and replace the thermal paste. Ones it has overheated it loses some of its capabilities.
