@vaskopap0qe, It's hard to say exactly what's wrong with your phone with just the brief description you've given. If you've verified that your charger and cord work by either trying different ones or using them on another device, then it appears your battery has no power.
Does your phone give some indication that it's charging when you plug it in? Does a computer recognize it when you connect it?
It could be you've got problems with the charging port or the battery, but these are just guesses at this point. You could try replacing either or both of those parts and see if that helps.
