Well, to be honest, this is common issue with the Xbox Series.

Usually it's the MOSFET which is failing on the motherboard..

Do you have any soldering experience? This won't be an easy repair.

You can test the PSU first by measuring the voltage. This would be the first step anyway. But, most likely it's the MOSFET.
