Ripped out fan connector pads from the board completely (CUH-7215B)

I have ran completely out of luck trying to find a way to get the fan connected back to the board to cool the system. The pads are completely ripped out from where the fan connector would sit. I want to solder the wires directly to the board somewhere so I can get the fan running but haven't had any luck finding resources/videos on how to do this. Fairly new to this stuff but I don't mind taking the chance that I mess it up as I got it cheap, any help is appreciated.
