If you've got the [https://ee.co.uk/download-ee-app|EE home app] try changing the router's brightness value to 100%  using the app and check if the colour changes to blue (turquoise?).

''If it does,'' use a pin (paperclip) to reset the router and check if it starts up and connects to the internet OK.

If it indicates that it has connected OK but you're still not seeing the WiFi network on your phone (TV etc) then the router is faulty.

''If it doesn't change to blue,'' then either the router is faulty or there's a problem with the connection to EE
