You are missing 2 SMD components. Probably torn off whilst prying up the screen connector clamp. Se pics below. Above top of blue arrow is 51 ohm resistor. Below tip of blue arrow is 33pf capacitor. Both very small. 0201 size. If you lose one of the two middle pads then don't worry, They are joined. Pics attached of problem and fix. Soldering now the best but area is tiny and it works. 100% hardware issue. Please add a warning to the screen change guide. Good luck All.
