Sounds like your Keurig 2.0 is dealing with a clog, likely in the needle or internal water line. Even though it powers on and makes noise, if only a few drops come out, the water flow is being blocked somewhere. First, try running a water-only brew cycle (no pod) after removing and thoroughly cleaning the exit and entrance needles with a paper clip or needle cleaning tool—gunk from old pods can build up there. Also, descale it with white vinegar or Keurig’s descaling solution if you haven’t in a while. If that doesn’t work, the internal pump might be failing or airlocked, in which case unplugging it for a while and then priming it (turning it on with the reservoir full and the lid open/closed several times) may help.
