The parts are interchangable, so yes you can, as long as the PS2 versions are indentical. Same type of drive (and laser) and same type of PSU, then it will fit and work. If it's different from each other (the PS2 versions as well as the components) then it won't fit/work.
-Be aware that the PS2 is region locked. So you will only be able to play NTSC games. It's locked inside the firmware, so it's the motherboard that is locked.
