i have same problem, i try to remove and install all cable, and find when i remove Front Camera and Sensor, my iphone can work and charge power,

when i install Front Camera module, CPU and Sensor becom very hot, so now i use my iphone with no earpiece speaker and Front Camera and Sensor :(.
