Every tie i open the camera app on my phone it kicks me out and says that the app can not be opened. Is there a way to fix this???

Every tie i open the camera app on my phone it kicks me out and says that the app can not be opened. Is there a way to fix this??? I also tried to update the device and enable and and un allow the app from working and it still doesnt work.
