First of all, this is very me levels of working out a problem. I mean that as a compliment I promise. I would also read these as Rx and Tx lines. There are more lines on the reverse side of the board for the remaining Rx/Tx lines.
Because those generally occur in pairs we can make an assumption about values. Components on correlated data pairs should be the same. I observed this in practice when I was measuring. I took them out of circuit, since that's the best way to measure capacitance.

The components highlighted in orange on the left hand side both measured about 450 nF.
The components on the right, highlighted in yellow were both about 300 nF.
I actually expected these to all be the same so I am glad I measured all of them.
