[image|3660336][image|3660335]Hi all,
I recently opened up my Rapid BTX530 cordless staple gun after it stopped working properly. Turns out the issue was a jammed staple, which I’ve cleared.
However, in the process, I removed two internal parts (photos below). Which I couldn't figure out where they go. Strangely, the tool now works ''without'' them—but it's firing much stronger than before, to the point where the staples are being driven too deep, sometimes sinking well below the surface of the wood or material.
Has anyone experienced this before or know what function those parts might serve? Were they possibly regulating the depth or acting as a buffer? Where they should be put?
Any insight would be much appreciated—especially if it’s unsafe to use in this state.
