@ducdanhnguyen the half moon is telling you that the "Do Not Disturb" mode is on. Depending on your OS version to turn it off go to "Settings" > "Sound & Vibration" > "Do Not Disturb" or just "Settings" > "Do Not Disturb".

As for the overheating the charger, try a different charger (and charging cable) since it maybe the charger itself. If it still overheats, that means that your phone is drawing to many amps. Replace the charging board and the battery. After that, re-evaluate.

This "not displaying still vibrates" is usually indicative of a bad screen. You may have to replace that as well.
